Shipping, Returns & Delivery Policy
Approximate Order Lead times –
Stock Items – Dispatched within 5-7 working days.
Bespoke Items – Dispatched within 3-5 weeks.
Measured & Fitted – Installed 6-8 weeks from measure.
Order lead times can fluctuate throughout the year and on order complexity so please get in touch to confirm our current dispatch lead times.
All measured and fitted products will be delivered and installed by our fitter on the pre-agreed installation date.
Once ready, supply only orders to the UK mainland (excludes Scottish Highlands) are dispatched via a trusted third-party courier. The standard hours of delivery are between 08.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday (excluding all bank holidays).
Our courier will text you on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour time slot for the delivery to occur if a mobile number has been provided with your order.
Shipments to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or any Offshore Island will be sent on a 2-5 working day service.
We can also send our glass products internationally, please get in touch for further details.
All deliveries must be delivered to the address specified when placing your order. Any good that are requested to be left safe or with a neighbour are done so at your own risk.
Faulty or Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your product arrives with a fault or is damaged please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please note we will require photographic evidence of the damage glass product and it’s packaging.
We will then work with you to determine how the damage has occurred and the best way to resolve the problem with minimum delay and inconvenience.

All our glass products are made to order and can’t be returned unless otherwise agreed.
